Went to test drive this car and it was dirty with the check engine light on. Very disappointed with my experience there.

Car mats weren't included with car. Wasn't charged the correct sales tax. Had to pay difference when picking up vehicle.
Saw a nice vehicle on their ad. Called about it. At first, they were very prompt in responding to my inquiry. Once I told them the price was higher than I was willing to pay, they starting quoting KBB to me. Anyone who has traded a car in knows the value of KBB to a dealer (that would be zip). On the first of December, I noticed they dropped their price 500 (not enough). I emailed them to see if that was their best price or would they be willing to work with me. Never received a response.
