Great communication. Set up an appointment with Ann. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Very easy process. All staff members that we dealt with were very friendly and professional. Great experience.
Spoke with sales rep Micah said car was there told him coming to look at it, hour drive. Get there and car sold, no call. Very upsetting and unprofessional. Would not buy a care from here!
anyone considering buying from them really needs to make sure they either demand a Carfax from them or buy one! Went to purchase a used car that was advertised as “!!!NO ACCIDENTS!!!” in the description. There was a dent/ damaged spot on the drivers side back bumper. I asked about a Carfax while we were getting everything pulled together for purchase and was told they do an auto check no Carfax available. They put the car on hold for me to come back the next day.
