Customer service is ok. Could be a little better on that but I got the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted. They did good in working with me, but they took alot longer than expected.
We negotiated a deal over the phone and we drove (150 mile) to get the car. Much of the paper work was done when we arrived, after a test drive we did the deal for the price over the phone. Easy simple 1,2,3. Great Place.
I am very disappointed at the service. The car we wanted to see was sold before we got there, but a guy named Michael said "the car was sold" and didnt show us any other options. He simply left us standing there, when we went to the Toyota of Sarasota they were very kind and we bought the car we wanted. I beleive that the dealers at your dealership need to learn from them.
