I bought a used car there in November 2025 it’s now February 2026 & I still do not have the title. I called the dealership title department and was told that the Secretary of State is running 10 weeks behind. So late on writing this review but this is an amazing dealership! Huge shout out to Nick! He was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me. God bless! Also shout out to the service department for being so quick and detailed as well! This is the ONLY Subaru dealer I’d recommend to anyone in the metro Chicago area.
Highly recommend to future buyers. John Benedetto and Chris Olson sales manager were very helpful and made the process very easy. Overall positive experience. I love my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek!
