Do not buy a used car from here. I bought a car almost two years ago and all of the concerns I had about the car happened within the first 10k miles. This dealership could not have inspected this vehicle. I’ve called multiple times to check if anyone could provide service to my vehicle as they ensured that their mechanics could assist with maintenance for the first year given I did not buy a Subaru. Never heard anything back. The whole back office seemed to be a bit shady. I was sold a lemon.
Got a great deal and salespeople weren't pushy. Blanca was amazing and found me a new crosstrek with a lot of features that I love. I shopped around and none of the other subaru dealerships in the south suburbs had 0% financing for up to 72 months.
I came in from looking for a car from another dealership. This experience was very pleasant and refreshing. They were honest and up front. That means alot especially in today's market. Nick was a wonderful sales person. He made the transaction pain less. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10. The staff was great.
