We just purchased a Subaru Solterra from EP Subaru. What made the experience really pleasant was working with Nick Sanders, our salesman. The Solterrra is not the most common car Subaru sells but Nicks knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. He was transparent about price, timing, and availability throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured but Nick kept us in the loop as the process unfolded
My car buying experience was wonderful. The sales person John answered all my questions and a few he was not sure of the answer, so he diligently reached out to others to get the answer. And I appreciate that effort. The cohesiveness between the staff to assist each other is noticed. Great job!
