appointment was originally scheduled for 1 hour. when I arrived I told the service agent (William) that I had a previous engagement in 90 mins, if it was going to be longer than that please let me know ASAP. not only did he fail to do this, but when I asked him to check he didn’t really ask when the car would be done, he simply said “the completion bar only has a bit left.” is that difficult to ask the technician when the car will be done?? Very professional service department - knowledgeable and friendly. If you're waiting, turnover can run a bit lengthy. The price of oil for a Crosstrek is a bit much - imo.
From scheduling to interacting with the service manager, Liam, to interim status communications, I was treated with empathy and transparence. Kudos to all.
