I honestly didn’t think it’d be worth the hype, but the ice cream was SO good!! I love the ability to customize but not feel overwhelmed by the choices. The whiteboard selections make it easy! The employees are friendly and clearly good at what they do because it is DELICIOUS!
We were actually originally headed to Millie’s ice cream, which is couple stores down the road, but we stopped by this place because we hadn’t tried nitrogen ice cream, and it was such a good decision. We went pretty close to the closing time, so there weren’t a lot of customers. I love Subzero!! Brought my daughter & grandaughter (who have been w me before)… also brought my aunt it was her first time. The young man who waited on us was super nice, knowledgeable, patient and great w my granddaughter!! I got the Big Blast (ALWAYS), my granddaughter created her own chocolate concoction, m daughter got the peach tea w boba and my aunt got the Chocolate Conduction! We were all extremely satisfied! Thank you Subzero!!
Relaxing atmosphere and incredible ice cream! Even have lots of options for non-dairy, vegan, and extra protein dietary needs. Was pleasantly surprised by the waffle cone, and the ingredients made for delectable treats on a hot day. Would go back daily if I lived nearby.
The ice cream was pretty good, although, they did not have what i wanted. I wanted to get nitro breath, didn’t have it. I was like, “Okay, pretty bummy.” But then for my ice cream, i wanted kit kat, did not have it! Plus, took a while because of only one worker? It also took 30 minutes to get here for something i didn’t even want! It was not worth it.
