First time in there and it was amazing. They make your choice of ice cream right in front of you. The manager was training a new employee and was very polite and patient. Customer service was incredible. We will be back!
I wasn't pleased at all with customer service, I feel like when you walk in to a place and wait 20 min just to place an order the least they could do is greet you as you walk in, or tell you sorry for the wait they will be right with you, or soooomething at least.... no one was friendly, then you have to wait 20 min to place an order, then wait for the ice cream that isn't exactly cheap.. my daughter wouldn't eat more than 3 bites of hers cause it had no taste whatsoever.. not a pleasant experience
Great taste and an awesome experience for the children. Edible science can't get any better than Sub-Zero! �����

This place is wonderful... such wonderful staff and so knowledgeable, it was amazing to watch them teach the kids a little about the science behind their product.
It was ok to me, I did not like the cone. I think it's a little over priced , I would rather have marble slab. This was my first visit , I would not go out of my way to eat here..
