We tried Sub Zero today for the first time. There was such a great atmosphere. The employees were so helpful and friendly. Bruce even encouraged my son to get closer so he could watch the freezing process and counted down with him until he froze the mixture. I thought that was very special.

This is not just ice cream. It's an experience. My son loved it. And the staff makes it fun. They also do a great job catering! Even at our office party, they still made our ice cream right in front of us while teaching us how it worked. It's just fun.
