first ask me to pay 450$ for a repair that for sure will solve the problem , then the say we need to fix another part of 360$, then the schedule you for 4 weeks delay and cant promise if the can fix it. very disappoint from this , the value of the oven is 1100$, the charge me already 800$ and still no fix , better just to buy a new one then get this kind of service
