I have used Suavecito products for a long time(10+years) and it’s all myself and my husband use. That being said, I was super excited to swing by the main hub in Santa Ana (from Colorado). The store is awesome, but my experience with the employees working wasn’t so awesome. It really put a damper on my experience and maybe just try to remember that even if you’re closing soon, you work at a “destination” location. Try to be more friendly and welcoming. My son and I came to check out the store during Easter week. I was looking for a kid friendly pomade and found it! They were having an Easter egg hunt in store and my son was delighted to find one! We got another pomade for my husband. The store employees were enthusiastic and you could tell they love their job. They enjoyed each others company and they were extremely helpful to all customers in store. Today my 15 month old brought the pomade jar and a comb to me and put his hands on his head.
