Had an emergency just before I was to leave town. I’ve never had a healthcare physician go out of their way more just to fit my schedule. - very atypical and very much appreciated. He made me feel important, and it was refreshing. Professional and well done through out. Thank You!!
I needed some teeth removed and I literally did not feel them get taken out. His bed side manner was excellent and he talked me through the whole process. Excellent work from both Dr. Mendez and his staff!!
very unprofessional, was having a crown done, let her know numbing wasn't working threw her hands up said I can't deal with this and walked out of the room, have zero trust, ,switching dentists. thankful she didn't get started on crown so someone knowledgeable and professional can do it Office staff were nice
My experience was that Dr. Elia has a tendency to talk over you as opposed to listening. Several times during visits I’ve had to ask her to stop and listen while explaining symptoms.
I really love Dr Suarez! She is very gentle and keeps you relaxed while drilling etc! Certain staff members need quite a bit of training dealing with patients!!!

First visit to this practice. Dr. Elia and all support staff were courteous, efficient, and professional in every respect. Dr. Elia, in particular, was personable and took care of my needs promptly and kindly.
Treats her family practice like any chain dentistry office and is a hack,does terrible work and has cost me thousands having a competent dentist fix her shoddy work!!!
