My experience with the front desk staff at this pain management facility was highly disappointing. Their rude attitude, lack of professionalism, and refusal to even provide me the doctor’s NPI number, which is public information to share. Patient relation should be a priority in any good or bad healthcare setting, it is truly disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism in this facility.
