Called them a week ago. Left a voice message and no call back yet. Bs! Was my dentist for 3 years. They never bothered calling me back. Unprofessional. I know they got my voice message because I've called before in the past & they gotten back to me. 1 year I call & need an appointment asap & dont call back. Smh. Made themselves look bad!!!
This is genuinely the best dentist I've ever had. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Palau is so kind and patient. I wrote in my notes that it helps when they explain what is going on and let me see what they are doing, so they walked me through step by step and allowed me to hold a mirror. The fact that they actually read through my notes and took my requests into consideration is beyond amazing. This is the calmest I have ever been for an appointment.
