Ernest does a great job with the maintenance and responding to requests in a timely manner. We had problems with our washing machine and we had a replacement in less than 24 hours. Among previous issues that also were resolved very quickly!
Hey! If you are looking to move, this area is nice and quiet, concert in the summer and great food options within 5 mins drive. Ive been here for almost a year and had almost zero issue. The only time Ive had a problem was with my shower faucet but that was fixed almost immediately after I called emergency service.
