From a dark permanent colour they were able to gently fade it (no bleach) and get me back to my ashy brown with highlights in less than three hoursSo reasonably priced as well!

Crap, Crap and just plain crap. Not my first bad experience but definitely will be the last ! Won’t be back ever again! Everything about this place sucks!

I visited three weeks ago with significant regrowth after fading out my dyed red hair for months, aiming to return to a colour closer to my natural shade and stop colouring altogether. The stylists assured me they could achieve this with a semi-permanent colour, going “one or two shades darker” than my natural hair. Worst foiling job I’ve ever had at Tuggerah. Bleach bled through onto my scalp on crown causing lines on my scalp and a lot of breakage as well!! Was charged for full head only had half head. I deserve a full refund but don’t want the drama and possibility of being spoken to disrespectfully like I was when having my colour done!! I’m going to get a hat. I have had my hair done several times by Ruby, she's lovely! A few days ago, I witnessed quite an aggressive man being extremely disrespectful to one of your staff. The recent review he did was NOT what happened. Special shout out to the manager, Jemma, who kept calm and professional during this outburst. See you next time. 🙂
