every time I come get a pedicure they dig so deep in your side of your big toes an cut your cuticles, and then they say oh its fine
Joanna refused to do my nails claiming to be busy, they never communicated they weren't going to and came back stating they had 4 people before me. However when I came in I was one of 3 people who were concluding their pedicure. I left with a pedicure one color and nails another from a previous session. I have never heard of such poor customer service. I have come in bi weekly for years with deluxe package everytime and have paid for my 3 girls time and time again. Visiting from Arizona and Needed a pedicure. Decided to get my nails done too...Staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I loved my nails and toes! Will be coming back next time im in Highland!
