Absolutely terrible customer service! This afternoon I waited at the front counter, hoping to get signed in for a walk-in hair cut and I couldn't even get greeted… After 10 entire minutes, I remarked to another customer in the reception area that they "lost a customer" and she said "I don't blame you." While there were about five stylists working at that time, not one of them stopped what they were doing to go to the front to help me, nobody ever said hello to me or said they would help me shortly, so I just walked out… I sh... read more
Took my daughter in this past Wednesday for an eyebrow wax. If I could post a picture on this review I would but she has what looks like skin missing or burns in 4 spots around her eyes. Definitely disappointed in the waxing and will not be bringing her back.
I normally have a very good experience here but not recently. I went in for a haircut thinking it might be a half hour or so but I was in the chair for 2 hours! I'm not sure if the girl was new or didn't know what she was doing but it made me nervous. Finally she asked for help and another girl came over and re cut my hair. I think it should have been free. Probably won't be back.
Ivy has been doing my hair for a few months now and each time is only better than the last. She listens to what I want and to any issues I am having with my hair then works her magic. I am very happy to have found someone that is truly interested in pleasing her client.
