After paying full price for two NEW Tom Ford frames and up graded- lenses, I expected to receive NEW frames and glass cases, NOT USED. Stephanie said all sales are final, NO REFUND. During a COVID pandemic, they sell display frames and do not disclose; this speaks volumes to their business acumen.
