Fermi did an amazing job with my haircut. He really is an expert in his craft. First time I booked with him, and I was seen on-time, and had a great conversation. As someone who just moved to the area I have been to 5 different barbers and salons, and I think I finally found my spot. I was a bit early, and also watched him finish up a kids cut. He did a great job with their cuts - on a totally different hair type than my own. You can tell the kids felt comfortable and had fun.

I scheduled an appointment with Dayra expecting to be seen at the agreed time, but when I arrived she was recording content and I ended up waiting well past my appointment. One of the main reasons clients book appointments is to ensure their time is respected, so this was disappointing.
