I have loved going to Z since my first hair appointment. She provides you with a questionnaire to learn about your goals before your first visit. She also wants to know your environmental preferences because she wants you to be as comfortable as possible while you’re there. My first appointment was a consultation to allow Z to provide suggestions on what type of services to provide based on the condition of my hair/scalp. I had a wonderful experience at Zs. She's very engaging and checks on you the whole appointment. I did a shampoo and trim which took some time because of my thick hair but she did her best to be thorough and gentle. Feel like I finally have found a hair stylist who prioritizes the customer's hair needs and their comfort during the appointment. God bless you Ms. Z!
I’ve had the pleasure of having Z as a stylist for a little over 6 months now. The salon space is clean and inviting. Z creates an atmosphere where the client always feels like a priority. She won’t let you go hungry or thirsty as there are snacks readily available; movies and shows to help pass the time. I appreciate her knowledge. I am so appreciative of her honesty, attention to detail, professionalism, and the salon experience she provides each and every visit.
