Had a great experience in store today with really friendly and helpful salesperson! We didn’t buy as size wasn’t in stock but they were so lovely to me and mum while we tried on lots of things
Been twice to this store wanting to purchase shoes . No one approached me because they were all chatting at the till . That happend the first time but I came back as I wanted two shoes but the service put me off . I’ll go buy my shoes somewhere else .

Unfortunately my in-store experience was disappointing. I purchased a sale item online with the expectation that it could be exchanged or refunded in line with the returns policy, as it was not listed as “final sale” at any point during the purchase process.
