Paulo is fantastic - he listens and also provides suggestions on how to make the style you are searching for work for your hair type and texture. I recently started getting a non-formaldehyde straightening treatment from him and I love the results. I've been coming to him for a few years, my kids also are styled by Paulo - he's done some really fun colors, and their hair is never fried in the bleaching process.
Paulo is such an amazing stylist. He makes you feel super comfortable, he is a great listener and is very respectful. He only does appointments for a good reason, he makes sure he gives all his attention to the client.
