Tonight I was on my way home from work and called to find out what time the dry cleaners closed. They told me 630, and it was 629. I indicated I was 10 to 15 minutes away, and the immediate response I got, was no worries, I’ll wait for you. The wonderful young lady at the counter waited until I got there, served me with a smile, and I was able to get my dry cleaning in time for a trip that I’m leaving on tomorrow. Update: My dress arrived today and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process was seamless. I received a PDF explaining each step, along with before and after photos of my dress, sleeves, and veil. The care they took to remove the stains, clean the trims, and restore every detail was incredible. I truly appreciate every step they went through to fix my most important dress. This past March I made a consultation appointment with Style & Grace to clean and preserve my wedding dress from my wedding a year ago. I arrived to the appointment with my dress and felt immediately taken care of! All the information about my dress, the process, the options - were thoroughly explained.
