Thoroughly impressed with Nadine and the team's expert knowledge and sensitive skill in restoring my late mother's 50-year-old bridal headpiece. I wanted to share my gratitude and thanks for their delivery service. I was so impressed with their work that I had them press and steam clean my bridal dress, which they hand-delivered to my home in the west end of the city. Service doesn't get better than this. Highly recommend!
This place is a gem, with very friendly staff. They keep you super informed of any issues with your garments ahead of cleaning to make sure everyone is one the same page before they start to clean.
I am getting married in less than 3 weeks and I noticed some small stains on the front of my wedding dress. With my wedding so soon, I was panicking a little. I promptly contacted Style & Grace and connected with Nadine. She consulted with me and I was able to bring in my dress immediately. I strongly recommend this place for alterations. I was looking to get my bridesmaid dress altered professionally and chose this place. The consultation was quick (just shortening the dress). I had my alterations plans finalized in about 10 mins, I paid for the alterations and I was only in there for about 20 mins total. My dress was ready for pickup in less than 2 weeks. It was altered perfectly. It did feel a bit pricy but it was done very well and it didn’t take too long and it was for a formal dress.
