Very professional. Not your average dry cleaner experience. You can tell that Nadine is knowledgeable and passionate about delivering top of the line service and care of your gown/outfit. If your looking for top of the line service and attention to detail then you’re in fantastic hands.
I took my 32 year old wedding gown to Style and Grace Cleaners to finally have it preserved. Nadine explained the process of what would be involved very throughly. She and her whole team were also very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the updates of how the preservation was progressing. The end result was wonderful! Nadine, Crystal and the rest of the team did an amazing job cleaning my wedding dress and completing the alterations. From the start, Nadine was super professional and welcoming, and you can tell she is a pro at what she does. Dealing with style and grace for cleaning and alterations was so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their wedding dress in top condition.
