Normally when we are unable to purchase items it is because the age of the clothing may be older than 18 months, brands/items that do not sell well for us or damaged items. Style exchange is nothing but rude an unprofessional.. I held back from punching a girl bc she was horrible. Told me my clothes were not in style they are aero an American eagle an bought the items I paid a dollar for. I have seen some of the stuff in the store an they have no fashion sense.. Will never go back
Very slack customer service, not friendly at all! Got to the counter to pay for my merchandise.. total came to 83.00 with my 10.00 coupon. Card error wouldn’t take my card, was told to come back that they would hold my items.. came back later, the card machine still wasn’t working. So I didn’t get to purchase my items, lost my coupon. And 45 min of my day was wasted. I’ll probably never go back!
Love this store! The girls who work there are just so sweet and so helpful!! Definitely a place to shop at if you're looking for something cute to wear and don't want to spend a lot!
This is my absolute favorite place to shop 🙂!!!! I’ve never had one bad experience here!! The staff is very sweet!! I appreciate that this business posts new things throughout the day and the response time is super quick on both Facebook and Instagram!! The ability to have items placed on hold for purchase at a reasonable time that works for you is beyond GREAT!!!! I will remain a faithful shopper here!!! Thank you Ladies!!! 😉
