Im very sorry for the misunderstanding. We do try and remind everyone to read what they are signing. The signature is your acknowledgement that everything is a same day process (as we have 50+ sellers per day and do not have room to hold things) and other important information. Our donations are delivered every few days to Goodwill on Hwy 70 and not anywhere else. Normally when we are unable to purchase items it is because the age of the clothing may be older than 18 months, brands/items that do not sell well for us or damaged items.
