I love shopping in your store, however, every time I enter, im not greeted with a word or even a smile. Some of the clothes in the store are outdated, yet they won't purchase anything of mine because it is "outdated". Customer service goes a long way. If the employees don't want to work there, then maybe they should know that they don't have to work there.
I spent hours getting together all the clothes I'd outgrown - making sure they still looked nice, checked for stains, matched outfits, folded.Several items had only been worn a couple of times. Out of about 50 items, not a single one was purchased by the store. I was told they "didn't need them" and there were some "stains". Placed an order via Instagram, waited and waited never got shipping info. Reached out only to find out they never shipped it because they didn't have proper packaging. They never contacted to let me know there would be a delay. It wasn't until I reached out that they said a word. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them if you're not local. **posting for a friend who doesn't have Facebook 👍
