Awesome service within the store. Great merchandise
They expect items to be absolutely perfect, but don't want to give you hardly anything for them. I brought in a MK purse with a little tiny snag spot on the bottom and they said it had too much ware on it and would not take it. I had a express leather jacket that I bought last year, wore once (still on trend) and they wouldn't take it because apparently leather jackets don't sell? They sell just fine at express.
