I was in the store yesterday. While there, I was accused of shop lifting. As I sit here I still can't figure out what I did to make this employee think that. She treated me horrible and even after I proved I hadn't stole anything and showed my purse she never once said sorry. I understand that she was doing her job but the rudeness was not necessary! Even after I checked out and PAID for five tops I had to ask her to give me my clothes after she told me I could leave! I know nothing will come of me "complaining" but it was a... read more

I have found some beautiful clothes and accessories at the style encore.
I been in there several times and I have never had any issues here. But excellent Customer service . I brought my favorite " coach " I will be back !
The area has great service and the people here are very friendly .
While the store is clean and well kept and the prices are reasonable I don’t care much for selling at this place. It seems like they want plus size clothes you bring them in and they are in good condition they say they have no need for them right now after I just see or call and ask what they are looking for. Kind of disappointing I can do better at once upon a child selling my kids stuff than here.
Love this place and the manager is amazing!! So awesome to get inexpensive lularoes!!
I am so happy with my experience selling my clothes here. I got well above what I thought and the staff was very helpful and explained their process thoroughly. I was quite nervous after reading the reviews but thought I would try anyway. I’m glad I did! Great service and their clothing selection is very nice. I will be shopping and selling there again. Thank you!
