Went there for a cut yesterday by Gimena and had to go back to get it corrected after I went home and noticed this was not what I asked for. They charged me twice! Second lady charged me even More for the correction. Gimena left me COVERED in hair was given a decent tip too, no apology. Manager Natalea has yet to call me back from this morning as she had to do research on a refund. Bad customer service. Talk to corporate for them to tell me they will not refund because the second lady “styled” my hair. I never asked her too
