Dreadful experience. One of the stylists spent most of the time on the phone in between some poor woman’s hair styling. The other one who I was scheduled to see and didn’t until an hour after my appointment, never once looked our way or apologized for keeping us waiting. Incredibly unprofessional way to run a business. My recommendation: Unless you’re desperate and have loads of time to waste, go somewhere else.
