RecommendedI always get a great cut there, no matter what stylist I get! I trust them.
I had my hair cut here before and no problem. I went today on 2/1/19 get half an inch on my length and an inch off my layers but came home to dry/straighten my hair and my left side is about 2 inches shorter than my right side. I almost cried since my hair has been growing so well. It's very noticeable and i'm so upset but will be back tomorrow to hopefully get refund and hopefully get my hair fixed by a master stylist. 😭😭
My son liked his hair cut nd wash. where ever we go he had never got a wash. But I'm glad he got a wash too. �
Past two times I went no problem. 3rd not so great. Went and put my name on the list and was told it would be an hour wait and 3 people in front of me. Okay cool. An hour later and 3 people have already had their haircuts. I think okay maybe running a little over. 20 minutes past the said hour I can see I'm not going get called for my haircut anytime soon so I left. I won't be back sadly. Only two of your hairstylists are on top of things. The rest chat way to much with customers while they're cutting hair.
