I recently had an appointment here for highlights. I was not greeted or checked in, I was left unattended for periods of time due to assisting others, which I do not appreciate ! When I spend this much money I don’t want to be left in a side room or interrupted by other customers. I left with my whole head bleached bright yellow! I specifically asked to not be blown dry and the stylist asked to blow dry a section to see the results which I agreed to. Best place for a cut and the prices are well worth it. It’s like sports clip but BETTER. With actual pros. It is by appointment tho and it can be done the day before too.
