It's Christmas Eve. I took my 3 year old daughter there yesterday because she complained that her ear hurt. "Doctor" said everything looked fine. said keep with fluids and rotate Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Sometime in the night her drum must have burst because the same ear has been oozing for 12 hours. I tried to take her back today & was told I would have to wait two hours. Say my kid has something virtual. 2 days later she got blood work and X-rays somewhere else.May possibly be admitted tomorrow to Riley. We will never come back my daughter life is more important than getting misdiagnosed.
Dr. Mary Scamardo should LISTEN TO HER PATIENTS instead of talking over them and treating them like they aren't a grown adult. I also expect more than just "Take some steroids and hope it doesn't come back." Facility seemed fine but the doctor is awful.
Slowest god damn place ever. You'll most likely die before you get seen. Pay attention to the room number they put you in, you'll need when you order pizza while waiting.
