Stay away! They will rip you off!!! I took my car to Stuttgart once and will never go back again. First, they ripped me off $300 for installation of the drivebelt. Since they also replaced the water pump, no labor should have been charged for this because the belt needs to be removed and put back no matter what. Second, they tried to have me spend over $500 bucks on break pads, claiming they were down to 1%. A second opinion at the dealer showed that the breaks are practically new and have about 10,000 miles left on them. Th... read more
Stuttgart is cool I've only dealt with them once and they we great. Extremely honest and clear about what my car needed, and more importantly, DIDN'T need. Valerie is great to deal with. I'll take my MINI back to them now that its out of warranty. If you're looking for a good West Los Angeles or Santa Monica MINI mechanic, check them out.
