Stuttgart is the best Not sure why Michael B. had such a bad experience but I have been taking my Mercedes to Stuttgart for about 8 years and I have referred friends and family to them with great success. Knowledgeable & Trustworthy German autombile service I am fortunate enough to own two fine German automobiles and was in the automobile parts business for almost 30 years. Over the years I have had a relationship with Stuttgart as both a supplier and also as one of their customers. You'll not get any of the "attitude" that is so prevalent today. Rather you will be treated fairly by friendly people that stand behind their work.
Stuttgart is cool I've only dealt with them once and they we great. Extremely honest and clear about what my car needed, and more importantly, DIDN'T need. Valerie is great to deal with. I'll take my MINI back to them now that its out of warranty. If you're looking for a good West Los Angeles or Santa Monica MINI mechanic, check them out.
Stay away! They will rip you off!!! I took my car to Stuttgart once and will never go back again. First, they ripped me off $300 for installation of the drivebelt. Since they also replaced the water pump, no labor should have been charged for this because the belt needs to be removed and put back no matter what. Second, they tried to have me spend over $500 bucks on break pads, claiming they were down to 1%. A second opinion at the dealer showed that the breaks are practically new and have about 10,000 miles left on them. Th... read more

Best independent garage on the Westside I've been bringing my MBZ and Porsche to Stuttgart Automotive for routine service and repairs since 2005. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and informative. Their work is second to none and they stand behind all repairs. Pricing is more than competitive and my cars are always delivered when promised. Trust this garage. Once you've met them and experienced "Stuttgart" class service, you too will become a regular customer.
