The project had it's challenges in it's nature and execution. However, Aaryn Kirk (our project manager) did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the end result!

We had a basement flood while on vacation and away for 3 weeks. Stutters came in and cleaned out the basement before we got home and always showed up when they said they would. Awesome experience. Donna was amazing moving the project along

Called stutters as I had a flood when I came back the next day to grab some things half of their machines weren’t on which they decided to charge me for, there were holes in my doors and they cracked a part of my bathroom tile which water didn’t enter and I was told by their tech the bathroom was salvageable and he still cracked the tile. They also charged me 2x the price of what it should’ve been and when I tried to negotiate the price they acted very unprofessional.
