We want to thank Stutters for their amazing work following a significant flood in our home 2 days before Christmas. They were very responsive to our communications and keeping us informed in what was happening in the house as we were unable to live there during repairs. They accomplished a huge amount of work within the time frame provided and the quality of the work completed was exceptional. Thank you Donna, Shane, and crew.
Unfortunately, our experience with Stutters wasn’t great. At first communication was on point, and they seemed very efficient. But after working with them for several weeks, Their communication died off, their customer service became very poor, they ripped paint off a few areas of our hallway which we fixed on our own as they didn’t send a contractor to repair those, they left their tools lying in areas of our home we did not grant them access to and had zero relevance to the area of repair and After multiple attempts to con... read more
