Would recommend any of Tom's properties for renters. I lived at one of his Colfax apartments and enjoyed my time there. Tom was timely in responding to his emails and text messages. If there was an issue, he fixed it or found the appropriate professional to deal with the issue.

I have rented from Tom Stutsman for almost 15 years now, and during that time he's been fair, considerate, clear and responsive in all our dealings. And when a sticky problem with another tenant arose, he truly went above and beyond to see the situation resolved-- and, in the meantime, went to great lengths to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. Good human, class act.
We had a great experience renting from Tom for the past few years. He went above and beyond what is expected as a landlord. Super accommodating and prompt whenever an issue came up. I would definitely rent from Tom again, and would recommend Stutsman Realty to any of my friends or family looking for a place.
Tom is great! Excellent landlord, responsive to maintenance inquiries and always understanding of even the smallest things. 10/10 reccomend!
