Not super happy about how we got treated and sudden changes with things. Called to view an apartment, asked a few questions on the phone, rent price, what floor, told them when our current lease ended etc it all seemed really good. Showed up a few minutes early for the viewing, the rental price was not the same on the phone, was $200 more, and the apartment was on the top floor, I have knee issue, so can only do many stairs, I mentioned that on the phone too, she's said only 12 stairs, okay perfect, then was told they don't ... read more
The rooms aren't even close to advertised! Room reeked of smoke, baseboard was broken and fallen off, sink caulking wasnt event done properly
