I like everything very much. If there is a problem, it is solved very quickly. It is a wonderful place and all the workers are nice.
Lack of video surveillance Barely any security staff at nights. This management has done way too much cost cutting that you can barely find any cleaners cleaning the hallways and lobbies. Weekends is a a nightmare. Unknown individuals keep breaking in the main doors of the building and the management has no clue of whats happening. Utter mess and management to be restructured !
Even 1 star is not worth this place. I strongly advise against staying at Sturgeon Point Villas- Rivercrest Cres. The customer service is pathetic. Every night there is loud music till 3am and even sometimes till 7 am till we leave to go to work and kids to school. When we contacted the customer care same response for every call, for past 1 hour and half same answers without any solution it’s 1:40am right now and the security came to our apartment to check where the loud music was coming from but he couldn’t do anything to a... read more
Issues with loud music at night No security, no incharge, calls go to a call centre but no response. If there’s an answer yet no action is taken, this is at 12:55am. We called at-least four times yet the loud music wouldn’t stop. Unable to resolve the issue. Ridiculous customer service!!!
