I have not lived at Sturgeon Point Villas but my experience has been poor during the rental process. Upon being shown the unit I asked if the building had or has bedbegs. I was told "No, never." This was surprising given the building has over 400 units, but loved the location and the units themselves. We started the application process and paid the rental deposit of $299. Horrible place smells kids parents allow kids to run up and down hallways considering there is green space right outside all doors. Had to do an early move out due to family emergency sister in law and 4 month niece where hit at highway speed by a tanker truck and me having to relocate to raise the 4 children. It’s VEERPAL joshi , am moving from one to another apartment in same building by end of this month, today someone from boardwalk directly came to my apartment to show the apartment to someone else without informing me , I was sleeping in my room in my shorts, the men from boardwalk opened my room door directly without knocking it , I was scared , I told him no one informed me that someone is coming to see our apartment, he said oh you guys are moving right so we need to show the apartment to another client’s, is this the way... read more
We spent 3.5 years here as a transition and we really enjoyed it. It was cozy and affordable. Perfect for families maybe trying to save for a house. They renovate for you if needed as well.
