Came in to set up a family doctor with Dr. Omokaro, as my wife and I just moved to St Albert and are planning a family. Was not warned before hand that we would be refused if there was any history of a family doctor within the last year. Uses AI for note taking, and was overall a bit demeaning
The front staff is so rude! There was a bigger girl who has the absolute worst people skills and talks to you like your beneath her! My appointments with Dr. Omokaro were the most uncomfortable appointments I have ever had with a Dr. On a comfortability scale, being a female myself, I would rather see a male Dr. then see her again.
Dr.yonis is the most thorough doctor I have ever had and sent me for every test possible to get my health straightened out. I have never had a bad experience at this place with appointments, or the staff at the desk. Most doctors write you a prescription and send you on your way….but she actually wanted to get to the bottom of it all first.
Dr. Omokaro is the most kind, compassionate, and caring doctor I have ever had. I am so grateful to have her as my family physician. Her compassion and kindness is truly unmatched. The staff at the entire clinic have always been a pleasure to deal with as well - I highly recommend Sturgeon Medical Clinic & Dr. Omokaro.
