Made an appointment online, showed up 10 mins early to be told I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her the confirmation email only to be told “oh well” in a snotty tone. Extremely unprofessional service. Do not recommend.
Level of care is barely satisfactory, and clinic policies very clearly focus on billing before patient health; they won't even permit you to see another doctor when yours is on vacation -- "go to another clinic." Are you serious?
Just saw a doctor here this morning for my one year-old. Doctor here told me that he did not have an ear infection and possible bronchitis. He prescribed a nebulizer, which is really hard to get so I had a second opinion from a different doctor. Apparently he did have an ear infection so we ended up with antibiotics and a different inhaler that we could find more easily would not recommend this medical clinic! They don’t know much here
I went in for a meet and greet with Dr. Omokaro and I can say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She walked in, asked me about 2 questions while also looking completely dissatisfied with me as a person, handed me a paper to get blood work done and shooed me out. I waited over an hour to see her and I interacted with her for maybe 2 minutes total. Absolutely ridiculous.
