Employee did not ask whether we wanted a base coat or single stage. Assumed it was a base coat. Went to clear coat it 2 days after applying and it frosted over. Called back today and was told we were supposed to wait 4 days to clear coat it. Asked why we were not informed of having to wait or why we were not informed we were give a single stage and not the base coat the employee said they did not know. Called back to speak with a manager. The manager named Justin was extremely rude and blamed us. Another store unrelated to S... read more
