It can't. It needs to be closed and re zoned.
My mother has lived here for 35 years. They will let anyone move in here. We have broken down vehicles, vehicles that have not been moved in weeks, work vehicles with trailers attached parking anywhere they please. Sick of it. Use to be a nice place.
property manager does not keep up with yards. the place looks like a pig pen especially in the back area (private section)
Think it would be nice if we had sidewalks and plant some flowers ect. in the grassy circle areas .And fix up the playground area giving the kids a fun place to play ,
