I'm not at all sure what is going on with Stumps. I have been a customer for years and I've never had anything but good things to say. Until recently they have provided exceptional, reliable customer service at a fair price. But recently, with a need to have a tree taken down in my yard I have phoned multiple times. In two instances someone answered the phone and hung up on me. When I have gotten their answering system I've left three (3) voice messages and not had any of my calls returned.
