The Stumpfs were exceptional from the onset and made a difficult transaction very easy. They (especially Alexandra) carried us along, even when we didn't want to be. They persisted, advocated for us, held our hands, if needed, and always looked out for our interest. If I had another building to sell or buy, they would be my first option.
