Alex and her dad seem like nice people which they are. But they're not very honest and are selective on who they sell properties to. We were looking to buy a property they had listed on Belmont we gave them our offer and even told them we are willing to go more. We never heard back from them. Out of curiosity we looked up the property and come to find out they sold it to someone else and the amount it sold for is less then our first offer.
