Alex and her dad seem like nice people which they are. But they're not very honest and are selective on who they sell properties to. We were looking to buy a property they had listed on Belmont we gave them our offer and even told them we are willing to go more. We never heard back from them. Out of curiosity we looked up the property and come to find out they sold it to someone else and the amount it sold for is less then our first offer. The Stumpfs were exceptional from the onset and made a difficult transaction very easy. They (especially Alexandra) carried us along, even when we didn't want to be. They persisted, advocated for us, held our hands, if needed, and always looked out for our interest. If I had another building to sell or buy, they would be my first option.
