Stuho had the worst service since day 1. We moved in and there were roaches everywhere in our apartment (in the fridge, kitchen, bedrooms). We notified them but they shrugged it off until we kept sending them long and annoying emails. We asked for compensation or for them to use our own termination company (since theirs didn't work) but refused and gave us a total of $150 off rent per person.
