Very easy access, professional staff and convenient location in the city. The whole facility is clean and well lit.
Good customer service but that’s it. It’s a company with which loops and holes are all over in its contracts. Make sure to read carefully or before you know, you are billed all the way until two months later. Not worth doing any storage here while you could use self or the other companies.
When I arrived to check in, I found bags of garbage on the floor and someone living in one of the units. The facility is unattended and you have to talk to them on the phone, hence the neglect. But the absolute deal-breaker was there was no cart. No only there's no loading dock. You have to park a truck a block away. But they simply don't even provide a cart to enable you to move multiple boxes at once!!
