WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! THE EMPLOYEES AT THE STUFF STORAGE LOCATIONS ARE ENTERING THE CUSTOMERS UNITS AND STEALING EVERYTHING OF VALUE. THE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT ARE AWARE AND THEY DO NOTHING TO WARN THE RENTERS OR PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING. WHEN YOUR PROPERTY IS STOLEN BY THERE OWN EMPLOYEES, THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU AND ACTUALLY MAKE YOU FEEL AS IT IS YOUR FAULT. EVERYTHING I OWN WAS STOLEN FROM THE UNIT A WEEK AFTER I RENTED FROM THE SUTTER LOCATION. IT HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
Save yourself the headache it is the most dysfunctional and frustrating way to do a storage unit ever. The app does not work, they usually have 1 custom rep, and the location is miserable. -10/10
Very convenient and user friendly
A BAD LOCATION FOR STORAGE. I rented a storage for my 1-bedroom with Stuf Storage in SF FIDI location. Their service was good but the building location & management itself is AWFUL. I had to have a brief argument with the security of the building because they initially refused to let me move out my belongings on a weekend, that I had to talk with the property manager for a permission, which is ridiculous because u telling me i can’t move my stuff out anytime I want? and I was told to move my stuff carefully to avoid damaging... read more
