I love the friendly and knowledgeable teachers, small classes and historic building with character and neat spaces! When I started I couldn't do a single push-up. Now I work out four or five times a week. It makes my life better!
What makes StudioMOVE special is its truly close-knit community. It's welcoming, inspiring and supportive. Every client will find that the instructors are very knowledgable, caring, and fun, and they will see the value of small class sizes that offer personal attention for a great price. The beautiful historic setting is an additional bonus, as are the other wonderful businesses that share the building.
I’ve been working out at studio move 2-4 days a week for about a year. Got me into the best shape of my life. Personal training incredible. Love Pilates, body conditioning, body pump classes. Super supportive environment. Very skilled instructors. Not just a gym, a lifestyle.

First class was this this morning , spin with Bonnie :) everyone was so welcoming, the bikes are awesome, and the class it self was challenging and rewarding. Will definitely become a regular.
I've been going to Studio Move for abou 2 months now and I love how friendly everyone one is! There's a great variety of class type and times. A nice little treat is that there's also a wonderful little café with crepes and a gift shop.
