what went from the best to the worst hair experience ever! walked in and god seated by christina she was nice until the whole situation went through. i asked for a color (root touch up) press and curl and a edge trim , she started to color my roots i offered her my own dye but she declined and said that she will use her own black dye. she washed my hair and blowdried everything was fine but then my scalp started to tingle i notified her she put the cool drying on and then we proceeded. i did not want to complain since i was ... read more

got my dreads re-twisted by a guy he was cool and i liked my hair but there was bugs and roaches everywhere and there was a woman doing hair across from the chair i was sitting in and she was very aggressive and seemed like her and another worker was high off some type of drug maybe coke or some pills. they made me very uncomfortable and there were kids around as well. the bathroom was very outdated and had bugs but overall i am giving a 1 because the environment and the way some of the workers conducted themselves
