Today we met with Katie A. at the Naperville location. We had corespondent through email a few times, but she made sure to contact our contractor so she had all of the information needed and she came up with designs before we came in that worked with the colors and budget we had. She was very easy to work with and we really appreciate how easy she made the process.
I absolutely hate it this place I would never recommend it to anyone at any point in time for anything without a doubt the worst Home Design experience I have ever had in my entire career of Designing
Seems that this once great local company Studio 41 (formerly RSC) has fallen from grace and is turning out worse Customer service and satisfaction than that wheeled out for American prisoner in an ISIS base in Syria. The worse part isn't my poor taste in a non comical comparison, but that of which MADE IN USA....... CLEARLY DOESN'T MEAN WHAT IT ONCE DID! I need the mistake of buying cabinets from Studio 41 from Linda in the Schaumburg store I've known her for years bought a lots of Windows from her I don't mind that she borrows money out of my deposits to pay her bills once in awhile but what I do mind is that I've called for two years about these cabinets one was broken right off the bat they would not take it back the others are different colors I've complained about him there different shades of colors the cabinet's look like crap we are now in court two years later the C... read more
Great place to buy almost anything for your house some of you people may not be happy because you have the wrong sales person go see my friend DAVIDand I promise you you will leave with a smile on your face he can save you a bunch of money
Extremly unprofesdional. Very disappointed. Especially since my Husband has used them for his business since they were RSC on Pulaski & Fullerton. (Since 1995, long time customer) We visited the show room in Highland Park today. Every sales associate in the building looked at us up & down in disgust. Quick to stereo type & judge. Very rude.
